Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible shifts to cover UK hours ( including evenings and weekends)
Pay:  Based in Delhi – Equivalent to £250/month (paid in INR) in Delhi

Smile Dental Care is a UK-based dental group committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are expanding our Delhi-based support team to help manage our growing patient base.

Role Summary

The Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients calling our UK dental practices. You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, book appointments, confirm patient details, and provide excellent customer service. This is a sales-focused role, requiring confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from UK patients in a polite, professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, arrange recalls, and follow up with patients.
  • Book and amend appointments using our dental software.
  • Maintain accurate patient notes and records.
  • Triage patient enquiries and route them appropriately to the clinical team if required.
  • Promote our dental services and encourage patients to proceed with recommended treatments.
  • Manage recalls to ensure patients attend regular check-ups and hygiene appointments.
  • Handle appointment confirmations via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Work closely with the UK team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Requirements

  • Must live in Delhi with a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Previous healthcare or call centre experience preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear accent.
  • Confident, sales-driven personality with the ability to influence patient decisions.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends (UK business hours).
  • Self-employed status – you will be responsible for your own taxes.
